酒店KIKI服務很好！工作人員都很有禮貌，見面主動打招呼，讓人感覺特別溫暖。 酒店的衞生真的沒得挑，衞生間一塵不染，連邊角縫隙都清理得很乾凈，必須點贊！

比預期的要好很多，房間新，裝修好，服務不錯，地理位置優越，真的是物超所值。提前買套餐可以吃到送的簡單商務套餐，樓下可以停車，很不錯，物超所值。

酒店舒適整潔，前臺Cecilia服務態度好，視野開闊，隔音還不錯，關鍵是早餐比同一幢的其他酒店好，更中式，更適合大眾

I stayed at this hotel for several days. Overall, the experience was mixed Although the hotel is part of a global brand, many staff members do not speak English, which made communication a bit difficult. However, the staff were polite and friendly, and always tried to help. The hotel has good breakfasts. They are fairly average but match the price, so the value for money is reasonable. The hotel renovation feels a bit worn and outdated. In my room, one of the towels was new but already had stains upon arrival, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is very convenient, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. Overall, it’s an acceptable stay with a great location, polite staff, and decent breakfasts, but there are some areas that could be improved
